Therapy With Oksana

A Relational Approach to Change

Therapy With Oksana

Therapy For You

I work with individuals, families, and couples who feel stuck in patterns that no longer feel helpful or reflective of who they are.

Often what brings people to therapy isn’t just a symptom or a conflict, but a deeper sense that something isn’t working in the way they relate to themselves or to each other. My work focuses on slowing things down enough to understand those patterns and create the conditions for change to happen safely.

How I Work

My approach is attachment-informed, relational, and attentive to the nervous system. Rather than trying to fix or override behavior, we focus on understanding what has developed in response to relationships, stress, and safety over time.

Therapy here is thoughtful and paced. We pay attention to both insight and regulation, knowing that real change happens when people feel understood and supported in relationship.

Who I Work With

I provide services for:

  • Individuals navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-worth concerns, or relational difficulties
  • Families experiencing conflict, disconnection, or stress related to parenting or developmental transitions
  • Couples feeling stuck in cycles of conflict, distance, or misunderstanding

Whether you come on your own or with others, the work centers on relationships and the patterns that shape them.

What You Can Expect

  • A non-judgmental, relational space
  • Attention to safety and nervous system responses
  • Collaboration rather than direction
  • Therapy that values understanding before change

You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out. Part of the work is making sense of things together.

Getting Started

Reaching out for help can feel vulnerable, especially if you’re not sure what you need yet. If you’re curious about working together, you’re welcome to get in touch. We can talk through your concerns and determine whether this approach feels like a good fit.
